Can I cancel my order?

We are pretty nifty at getting your orders to you so once it has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order and you will have to return your item(s) using our returns policy. Please get in touch with our customer service team *send to contact us page* as soon as you can – we may be able to help.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. In this instance, we suggest placing a new order with the correct items and once you receive both deliveries you can easily return any items that are no longer required. Check out our returns policy.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If you have any issues with your order please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order. We do not hold any responsibility for any issues reported after 30 days.

I received my order, something is missing

We always try to ensure your orders are 100% correct every time, but unfortunately, we are only human and in the instance of an incorrect order we are extremely sorry. Please contact us here with full details of your order, including your name, order number and what item(s) are missing. If we are unable to re-send an item that is out of stock, you’ll be refunded instead.

What happens if my order is faulty?

We can only apologise that your item is faulty. Please rest assured we go above and beyond to make sure you receive your garments in top quality condition. Please contact us as soon as you notice the fault and we will do our best to resolve this issue for you.

What if I forget to use my code?
