The power is with you. We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase but if you’re not quite feeling it, we give our customers 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Any item(s) being returned for an exchange or refund must arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition:
- The item is in brand new condition
- The item has not been washed, worn or smell of cologne
- All tags and relevant packaging are intact
The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you hold onto your proof of postage and choose a signed for delivery option ensuring the value of your goods.
Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method excluding the original postage. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
If you’re returning an item(s) to exchange for a different size only, you will need to arrange to post back the item of clothing.
Items returned after the 30 days will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
To return your item(s) please follow these simple steps:
- Place your item(s) into our mailing bag provided and include the invoice with your order number attached
- Address the parcel to our customer service team:

- Send your item(s) back to us via a signed courier service
If you happen to receive a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your items. Please include your order number and attach pictures of the fault within the email and we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
